Hours of Operations

Our business office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Available therapy hours* are as follows:

Monday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm

*Each provider has the option to schedule special-care cases at their own discretion.

Appointment Triage

We make every effort to see patients in a timely fashion according to need. The following policy has been established to effectively schedule appointments contingent upon the level of severity.

In the event of an emergency outside of our normal business hours, please seek help at your local mental health facility or emergency room.

  • Emergent cases are seen the same business day
  • Urgent cases are seen within 24 hours
  • Routine cases are seen within 5 business days
