Addiction Services

There are four certified addiction counselors on staff. We provide outpatient evaluation, treatment, and referral services to individuals, families, and groups. Oasis offers an Adolescent Substance Abuse treatment group. This research-based program was designed by Hazelden, an internationally known organization in the field of addiction. The development of an adult alcohol/drug abuse treatment group is pending.

In addition to these services, Oasis, through the capable facilitation of Mr. Brett Looney, MA, offers Drug-Free Workplace Program consultation to small and medium-sized companies. This program offers complete services; from developing an effective drug-free workplace policy all the way to monitoring the effectiveness of program implementation. A one year follow-up training is also included in this package.

Dr. Webb is also qualified to provide U.S. Department of Transportation/Substance Abuse Professional (DOT/SAP) evaluations.

Dr. Webb was trained by The Johnson Institute to conduct substance abuse interventions. These are performed in collaboration with significant-others who are trying to get help for a person with alcohol and drug problems who will not seek help on their own.

Our addictions treatment staff has very good relationships with a network of local and national addiction treatment programs which offer more intensive care. Using A.S.A.M. Patient Placement Criteria-2R, we can determine the appropriate level of care and offer seamless referrals to the treatment facility providing the level of care which best matches the individual's needs.
